JOHN MAVROS
John is an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist with 10 years of experience. He works with several chiropractors and physical therapists in the Chicagoland area. His focus is postural awareness and corrective exercise. He integrates injury prevention, habitual cognition, and muscle development techniques into his client’s lifestyle. With out-patient clientele (spinal stenosis, nerve entrapment, labrum tear rehabilitation, and herniated cervical discs) John has crafted his practice around relieving pain through exercise. Moving is the most productive way to restoring.

Mike

MIKE PILECZKA
Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Movement Science, is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and an AFPA Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist. For over 10 years, he has instructed snowboarders on the Midwestern slopes and has trained clients as a personal trainer for four years. His experiences on the slopes and in the gym have provided him great insight into the importance of proper body movement.  A large concentration of his training focuses on proper body mechanics, postural awareness, and correct form when performing exercises. His clients range from athletes, men and women who are stepping into a gym for the first time, expectant mothers, individuals recovering from knee, shoulder, hip, and ankle injuries, and many more. Outside of the personalized goals each person has, Mike’s biggest goal is to keep all these people continually moving, CORRECTLY!
