John Kinnemann is a nationally certified personal trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness. With 14 years of personal training experience, his passion has always been helping clients reach their fitness goals and learn healthy lifestyle habits. John has always been active, participating in soccer, martial arts and track from grade school through college. After college, it was a personal drive to stay fit that led to a career in fitness.
John uses functional strength and interval based training methods to design personalized programs that meet clients’ health and fitness goals. He specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss, self defense and overall health and fitness. When it comes to personal fitness, hard work, accountability and patience is the key to progress and results.
