Laura Caputo is certified as a Pilates Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USAW coach and nutrition specialist. She holds a bachelor of fine arts degree with a focus in contemporary dance and a master’s degree in applied exercise science with a concentration in human movement and sports nutrition.
Laura has been in the fitness industry — in one form or another — almost her entire life. A dancer for nearly two decades, she has confronted physical and psychological challenges that sparked a passion for performance nutrition and personalized health. Laura empowers those struggling with body dysmorphia and eating disorders through a tailored approach combining wellness education, cognitive support, and personal training. She also coaches individuals new to fitness and those pursuing weight loss.
