What is Stay Strong?
Stay Strong is developed around strength exercises that improve form and increase muscle tone. With supervised instruction and personalized modification, you’ll learn how to engage the right muscles so you can exercise and move efficiently.
The Friday morning session is slower-paced. On Saturday mornings, we maintain the same focus on correct movement and pick up the speed. We keep classes small to give everyone personal attention.
