What is Tabata?

Tabata is a training style originally developed by Izumi Tabata for Japanese Olympic speed skaters. It’s a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that employs brief bursts of intense speed work with even shorter rest times.Β Our Tabata classes mix up cardio, strength, core and agility exercises to maximize engagement.

Whether it’s your first HIIT class or you’re a veteran, Tabata offers a unique training experience that will take your workout to the next level. We keep classes small to give everyone personal attention.
