Your Daily Move is dedicated to helping people put movement back into their life and teach the benefits of exercise and proper form. The Make Your Move Wellness Program is not just a fitness program, it is built on three pillars that encompass movement.

What You Get
Nutrition and Preparing Your Body
- In the first week of the program, you will receive an easy-to-follow tutorial on how to eat cleaner and healthier without counting calories or calculating macronutrients.
- We prepare your body for physical activity by introducing a full body movement and a mini circuit.
- You will receive healthy and quick recipe ideas each week.
- Find things you need for our program on our Equipment page.
- We spell out your fitness routine for 4 weeks with high definition video instructions on each exercise.
- Your workouts will progress in difficulty each week with modifications for every exercise.
- As you progress through the month your workout frequency will increase to as much as four workouts a week.
- Our full body circuit training program has a mix of endurance, strength, and explosive exercises. The goal is to burn calories and create strength and stability throughout the body for a well-rounded workout!
- Your workouts will become more functional each week, this means incorporating multiple movements to make one exercise. Using a combination of movements will keep you engaged and alert.
- You will learn how to perform each exercise correctly and effectively.
Lifestyle Habits (Stretching Guide)
- YDM has always been about moving more throughout one’s day. Each week you will receive instructional videos on how to move your body in a safe biomechanical way. This entails stretching routines while at work, in your hotel, or even at home on your couch.
- All of our movements have an impact, and we want to lessen the wear on your body.
Where You Get It
The MYM Wellness Program is accessible in the BLOG tab of this website. There will be downloadable PDFs outlining workouts, recipes/snack ideas, and stretching routines. This program is a non-refundable, one-time payment with the option to renew at the end of the five weeks.
