Your Daily Move monthly membership program includes your choice of:

Personal Training = $95 per week (one-hour session, in-studio or via Zoom)
Bonus! Personal training clients receive an all-class pass for unlimited virtual classes and discounted in-person classes.

Virtual Group Classes
Sign up for 45-minute strength, cardio, Tabata classes. Classes are held interactively, via Zoom, so you can expect the same instruction, correction and encouragement we provide in the studio.

  • 1 Class: $17 (expires two weeks after purchase)
  • 5 Classes Per Month = $75 ($15/class)

In-Person Class
We are currently transitioning to in-person classes and offer Stay Strong on Saturday at 9am and Mat Pilates on Wednesdays at 6pm.

  • Personal Training Members: $20
  • Non-Members: $25

Partner Training = $170 per week (one-hour session)

  • Members can book classes online via the MINDBODY app.
  • There are no initiation or cancellation fees. Memberships can be paused at any time.
