Every move matters, the focus is on you.
With YD/M group classes, you’ll benefit from the form correction, exercise modifications and encouragement our expert trainers provide in-person. Stay Strong on Saturdays at 9am and Mat Pilates on Wednesdays at 6pm are the first of several in-person classes we offer!
Classes are 45 minutes and include modifications for different fitness levels. Register twelve hours before class.

We are committed to working closely with clients on how to move correctly and safely. Correct movement can retrain the way your brain and muscles communicate, which means you can reduce or eliminate pain and improve performance.

Mat Pilates: In-Person Class that focuses on movement and breath while strengthening your core and improving flexibility and muscular balance.
Stay Strong: In-Person Class with Low-intensity exercises focusing on form and function to strengthen the body’s foundation.
