What is Engage?
Move on up with this high-intensity strength class. You will go through four strength stations that focus on specific muscle groups. Challenge yourself through timed, super-set exercises and one-minute isometric holds (iso-mins, our new favorite thing), all designed to take you to the next level of strength.
We keep classes small to give everyone personal attention.
