What is Restore?

Restore highlights myofascial release and stretching sequences for all body areas.
The instructor begins the class by guiding myofascial release sequences using foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and other self-massage tools. Static stretching follows focusing on hamstrings, quads, back, chest, shoulders, and much more.
Restore finishes up through active stretching (walking lunges, inchworms, high knees, etc.) and a cool-down finisher.

We keep classes small to give everyone personal attention.
